Practicum Manager
ECTA is seeking an individual to join our team as Practicum & Training Support.
This role offers an opportunity to support trainee counsellors
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for student practicum placements and clinical supervision.
- Coordinate administrative arrangements for short courses and group supervision sessions.
- Track and monitor practicum log sheets, ensuring accurate documentation and sign-off by site supervisors.
- Provide administrative support to the Clinical and Academic Director.
Job Requirements
- Minimum a Graduate Diploma in Counselling
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students from various age groups
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications
