• Drive and run business development activities within individual and within the team to secure new clientele in Singapore and the region
• Manage, grow and drive to optimise the profitability of the recruitment business units in Singapore and region under your care/portfolio
• Work together within the management team to foster a good, healthy and positive Team's dynamics
• Hire and build satellite teams in executive search business focusing on Digital vertical across countries
