We're looking for aPractice Lead Financial Servicesto join our team in Singapore. As an individual contributor, you'll work alongside three other experienced consultants, collectively covering top-tier FSI clients across Asia.
What you'll do:
- Own and grow your desk focused on financial services hiring across Asia
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in banking, insurance, fintech, and asset management
- Source, engage, and deliver top talent in high-stakes roles
- Partner closely with your peers to share insights, leads, and market intelligence
- Drive best practices in search, client management, and candidate experience
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within Financial Services
- Proven track record as an individual contributor
- Strong understanding of the FS landscape across Asia
- A self-starter mindset with a collaborative spirit
