About the Role
PracticeHead - Digital Transformation (Banking) with 20+ years of experience to manage our banking digital transformation practice.
To be a trusted advisor to CEOs, CIOs, Boards, and Executive Committees, shaping and delivering large-scale transformation programs across corebanking, digital channels, and various end-to-end customer journeys-initiatives that make a real difference to business performance, resilience, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
. Act as strategic advisor to C-suite and Board-level stakeholders on banking digital transformation
. Define and lead enterprise-wide digital transformation strategies
. Manage strategic client relationships across banking and financial services clients
. Design and Lead large-scale, multi-year transformation programs, including governance and executive decision forums
. Drive transformation across core banking, digital channels, customer onboarding, credit, and wealth platforms
. Translate business strategy into executable transformation roadmaps
. Oversee complex vendor ecosystems on behalf of clients
. Be a thought leader in banking digital transformation domain
. Mentor team members and build a high-performing team
. Help drive revenue growth and market expansion
Required Skills & Experience
. 20+ years experience in end to end implementation of complex systems in a delivery role, demonstrating senior technology leadership within banking and financial services
. Proven experience in core banking implementation and modernization programs impacting tens of millions of users
. Extensive experience delivering mobile and internet banking applications at enterprise scale with very large banks
. Ability to work in global bank environments including in regional and large domestic banks
. Strong domain expertise and experience in domains that strongly align with Core Banking such as Wealth Management, Digital Onboarding, Loan Origination, CRM etc.
. Deep understanding of banking operating models, regulatory frameworks, and risk management including ability to engage with Regulators
. Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams in complex vendor landscapes
. Excellent communication, stakeholder management,and decision-making skills
. Ability to work in a start up environment with entrepreneurial mindset
