Our client is a leading Barristers Chambers, they are seeking a dynamic Practice Development professional to provide maternity cover for our Practice Development Manager. Working closely with our Practice Development Committee and Head of Chambers, you will play a key role in driving marketing strategies, strengthening brand presence, and supporting our barristers in building their practices.
Responsibilities:
- 4+ years BD/marketing experience in barristers chambers or law firms, ideally supporting litigation/dispute resolution practice
- Event management expertise - from seminars and receptions to career talks and sponsorships
- Content marketing experience - manage directory submissions (Chambers & Partners, Legal 500), website content, and social media (LinkedIn)
- Strong stakeholder engagement - confident building relationships with barristers at all levels
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Hong Kong's legal system and litigation/arbitration practice highly regarded
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple projects under pressure
