The Opportunity
This is a role with real ownership. You'll lead client relationships and campaigns end-to-end — from strategy through execution — and grow into a future Account Manager as C&CO. scales. If you want your voice heard, your ideas acted on, and your initiative rewarded, this is your seat at the table.
What You'll Do:
- Own day-to-day client relationships as the primary point of contact, building trust and delivering strategic counsel
- Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns that drive measurable outcomes for clients across luxury, lifestyle, finance, and social impact
- Pitch compelling stories to journalists, editors, and influencers – and land quality coverage that moves the needle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers
- Craft press materials, FAQs, and digital content that are sharp, on-brand, and built to resonate
- Plan and execute PR/media events, handling logistics, coordination, and follow-up
- Guide junior team members and contribute to a culture of creativity and accountability
- Prepare client reports, status updates, and strategic recommendations
- Manage campaign delivery end-to-end: timelines and results – with confidence
- Contribute meaningfully to new business pitches and help drive agency growth
What You Bring:
- Around 2-3 years of PR agency experience, with a track record of campaigns you're proud of
- A strong grasp of the Singapore and APAC media landscape, with proven media relations experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (bilingual in Chinese is a plus)
- A self-starter mentality: proactive, accountable, and comfortable taking initiative without constant supervision
- An entrepreneurial mindset that sees problems as opportunities and drives impact through action
- Confidence, adaptability, and solutions-first attitude when client priorities shift
- Genuine enthusiasm for storytelling, branding, and culture – and a collaborative team spirit to match
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
