About the Role
As our PR & Marketing Executive, you'll be the voice and pulse of the GPJ Singapore brand. You will connect our world-class experiential work with the market through compelling storytelling, content strategy, and media engagement. Working closely with the General Manager and Director of Business Strategy, you'll help elevate GPJ's profile across media, industry networks, and digital channels, driving awareness, credibility, and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Public Relations & Brand Communications

  • Support the development of and execute the GPJ Singapore PR plan aligned with regional and global strategies.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key media, journalists, and industry influencers.

  • Draft and distribute press releases, thought leadership content, and project announcements.

  • Track media coverage and measure PR performance (SOV, sentiment, reach).

  • Support leadership with media briefings, speaking opportunities, and awards visibility.

  • Support internal communications

2. Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Manage Singapore's social media calendar, ensuring a consistent rhythm of high-quality posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

  • Create engaging content from GPJ events, activations, and milestones from on-the-ground coverage (photo and video) to post-event storytelling.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce visuals, video edits, and posts aligned with brand tone and identity.

  • Maintain a library of project case studies and agency credentials

  • Identify and manage opportunities for industry awards and event listings. Maintain up to date calendar of key events

3. Marketing & Business Development Support

  • Partner with the new business team on pitch decks, credentials, and presentations.

  • Ensure consistency and brand integrity across all external and internal communication materials.

  • Provide research and insights for market positioning and competitor benchmarks.

Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in PR, marketing, or communications (agency background preferred).

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, comfortable managing multiple workstreams.

  • Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools

  • Passion for creativity, experiential marketing, and brand storytelling.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment.
