PR, INFLUENCER & BRAND PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Global Head of Marketing

Location: Hybrid/Remote options available, must be based within Asia time zone

Employment Type: Part-Time

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a PR, Influencer & Brand Partnerships Manager to lead our integrated communications strategy across earned media, influencer collaborations, strategic partnerships, and corporate reputation management. This senior role requires a strategic thinker who can elevate brand positioning while driving measurable results through sophisticated PR campaigns, high-impact KOL collaborations, and credibility-building partnerships.

As the communications architect for The Luxe Nomad, you will craft compelling narratives, secure tier-1 media coverage, manage our brand and corporate voice, and build influential relationships that strengthen brand authority and drive qualified customer acquisition. You will lead a dynamic team, set communications standards, and serve as the guardian of our brand reputation across all channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

STRATEGIC PR & EARNED MEDIA (40%)

Media Relations & Press Office:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategy to achieve brand awareness objectives and support sales activation
  • Build and maintain relationships with tier-1 journalists, editors, and media influencers across target publications
  • Serve as primary press office contact, managing all media inquiries, interview requests, and press opportunities with PR team
  • Pitch compelling stories, secure high-quality editorial coverage, and coordinate media visits/FAM trips
  • Create press materials optimized for AI/LLM discoverability
  • Manage media monitoring, track share of voice, sentiment and analyze competitive media landscape
  • Manage press release calendar and ensure consistent brand narrative across all announcements

Awards Program Development:

  • Research and identify relevant industry awards
  • Develop annual awards calendar tracking submission deadlines, eligibility criteria, and strategic priorities
  • Build compelling award submissions showcasing company achievements, innovation, and market leadership
  • Coordinate cross-functional input for award applications
  • Manage award entry process with Marketing Managers including writing submissions, gathering supporting materials, and meeting deadlines
  • Maximize PR and marketing value from award wins through press releases, media outreach, property listings and marketing collateral

Corporate Communications:

  • Manage corporate narrative around business milestones and strategic initiatives to support M&A strategy
  • Develop talking points and briefing materials for executive interviews and speaking engagements
  • Ensure consistent corporate messaging across all stakeholder groups

Crisis Communications:

  • Serve as primary crisis communications lead, managing sensitive issues and protecting brand reputation
  • Create holding statements, Q&As, and reactive statements for potential crisis scenarios
  • Participate in cross-functional response during crisis situations
  • Participate in post-crisis analysis and implement learnings

INFLUENCER MARKETING & KOL PARTNERSHIPS (40%)

KOL Strategy & Management:

  • Design and execute influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand positioning and commercial objectives
  • Identify, vet, and recruit high-quality KOLs across target markets and audience segments managing KOL team
  • Negotiate partnership terms, manage contracts, and ensure deliverable compliance
  • Brief creators on brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and content expectations
  • Track influencer performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, conversions, EMV) and optimise ROI
  • Build long-term relationships and affiliate program
  • Manage influencer hosting logistics including accommodation, experiences, and content creation

Content & Campaign Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with creative team to develop campaign concepts that leverage influencer partnerships
  • Ensure influencer content aligns with brand voice and positioning requirements
  • Coordinate content approval workflows and usage rights management
  • Repurpose influencer content across owned channels to maximize asset value
  • Monitor influencer sentiment and brand advocacy across social platforms.

BRAND PARTNERSHIPS & STRATEGIC ALLIANCES (10%)

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships that strengthen brand positioning and credibility
  • Negotiate co-marketing agreements and cross-promotional opportunities
  • Manage partnership activations from concept through execution and measurement
  • Cultivate relationships with complementary luxury brands
  • Coordinate joint press releases, events, and collaborative campaigns
  • Track partnership performance and ROI to inform future collaboration strategy

LINKEDIN (5%)

  • Own LinkedIn strategy and content calendar with PR team to build thought leadership and B2B presence
  • Craft executive posts for leadership team
  • Monitor LinkedIn analytics, engagement trends, and competitive activity
  • Engage with industry conversations and position company as category authority
  • Coordinate employee advocacy programs to amplify reach
  • Manage corporate announcements and ensure brand consistency across professional platforms

TEAM LEADERSHIP & OPERATIONS (5%)

  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members
  • Set team KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching
  • Improve workflows, documentation, and best practices for scalable execution
  • Oversee budget allocation and ROI optimization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, legal, and operations teams
  • Report performance to Global Head of Marketing with strategic recommendations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

  • 8+ years in PR, communications, or integrated marketing roles
  • 8+ years managing influencer/KOL partnerships at scale
  • Proven track record securing tier-1 media coverage in target publications
  • Experience managing crisis communications and sensitive corporate issues
  • Demonstrated success building strategic brand partnerships
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Background in luxury, hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors preferred
