The Role:
We're looking for the Kris Jenner of AI/Tech, someone who knows every person in the room and, more importantly, knows which rooms to be in. You'll own PR and Brand-Partnerships end-to-end, moving beyond traditional press to create cultural moments that matter both online and offline.
This isn't about sending press releases. This is about business development through culture, making connections that shift perception, building partnerships that make people stop scrolling, closing deals that drive real revenue and user growth, and positioning ChronoAI at the center of conversations happening in AI, wellness, and internet culture.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development & Business Growth: Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with spiritual advisors, astrology experts, wellness creators, cultural community leaders, tech platforms, and brands. Build win-win collaborations that drive mutual audience growth and measurable revenue
- PR Strategy & Execution: Build and execute a PR strategy that goes beyond traditional media. Think podcasts, newsletters, AI communities, wellness influencers, and emerging platforms where our audience actually lives
- Deal Structuring & Revenue Generation: Negotiate partnership terms, structure deals that create value for both parties, and track partnership-driven revenue and growth metrics
- Cultural Intelligence & Ecosystem Mapping: Stay plugged into what's happening in AI/tech, wellness, spirituality, and internet culture. Spot emerging communities (online fortune-telling platforms, astrology channels, Telegram/Discord groups, niche creator networks) and convert them into partnership opportunities
- Relationship Building & Pipeline Management: Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of relationships with journalists, press/media, niche communities, founders, investors, creators, and cultural tastemakers across tech and wellness ecosystems
- Performance Tracking & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on partnership-driven metrics including traffic, sign-ups, engagement, revenue impact, ROI, and brand sentiment. Turn insights into action
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Community teams to ensure every partnership drives measurable impact and aligns with brand narrative
- Moment Making: Create and capitalize on cultural moments that position ChronoAI as a brand people want to talk about, not just use.
Job Requirements:
- You have 3-5 years in business development, partnerships, PR, or cultural marketing (ideally spanning tech, lifestyle, or consumer brands)
- You're a connector and closeryou have a robust network across tech, media, wellness, and culture, and you know how to turn relationships into deals
- You're comfortable with BD fundamentals: You can identify opportunities, craft compelling pitches, negotiate terms, and close partnerships that drive revenue and growth
- You understand the AI and tech community, you speak the language and know the players
- You have a track record of landing unconventional coverage and building partnerships that generated genuine buzz and business impact
- You're analytical and data-driven: You know how to measure what matters, can tie your work directly to business outcomes (revenue, user acquisition, engagement), and use data to iterate and improve
- You think in memes, moments, and movements, not just press releases
- You're globally minded and culturally fluent
- You're scrappy and resourceful, you can do a lot with a little
- Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus)
