We are looking for an experienced PPC & Paid Media expert to architect, launch and scale our performance marketing engine from zero.
What you'll do
- Own HYVE's paid media strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, from first experiments to scaling what works.
- Design full-funnel acquisition frameworks for Hong Kong and Singapore (awareness, consideration, conversion, retargeting, retention).
- Build, launch and optimise campaigns hands-on: keyword/audience research, structure, bidding, budgeting, and pacing.
- Develop and test creative concepts (ad copy, visuals, hooks, offers) tailored to B2B buyers in both English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Create and optimize landing pages in partnership with our marketing and product team; set up tracking, pixels, events and conversion goals.
- Run structured experimentation (A/B tests on audiences, messaging, formats, funnels) and systematically lower CAC while improving lead quality.
- Build a simple but robust performance reporting stack (dashboards, weekly & monthly reports) linked to pipeline, revenue and ROAS.
- Advise on channel mix and budget allocation as we expand across APAC, with a focus on efficient, repeatable playbooks for new markets.
- Collaborate closely with the CMO/founders to align paid growth with HYVE's GTM strategy, sales priorities and brand positioning.
What you've done
- 5+ years managing and scaling PPC / paid media campaigns directly (not just via agencies) across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and ideally TikTok.
- Proven track record growing early-stage or startup brands from a low or zero baseline to meaningful, profitable spend.
- Hands-on experience in B2B lead generation or performance marketing with complex, considered purchases (e.g. SaaS, services, logistics, manufacturing).
- Strong creative chops: you can brief, critique and iterate ad creatives and landing pages, and you understand what makes content perform in each channel.
- Deep analytical skills: comfortable in GA4/analytics tools, attribution, cohort analysis, and translating data into clear recommendations.
- Experience working with small, agile teams where you are both strategist and operator.
Language & location
- Must be based in Singapore.Malaysia, China, Hong Kong. Native or fluent Mandarin and Cantonese, plus strong English written and spoken communication.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong and Singapore markets, platforms and buyer behaviour is strongly preferred.
- Remote-friendly within Asia time zones; ability to join working sessions with Singapore/Hong Kong-based leadership.

Engagement details
- Part-time or contract role with potential for full-time role as we scale dependent on experience.
- Approx. 8 days per month min. to start (open to discussion based on your availability and our growth pace).
