Required Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Engineering, or a related field. Applicants with a non-IT or engineering qualification but strong interest in automation, low-code development, and digitalisation will also be considered. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Aptitude: Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and document complex processes.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyse processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate business needs into technical and low-code solution designs.

- Hands-on Experience:
- Development experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
- Development experience with MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Certifications (preferred for senior positions):
- MS Power Platform Certification (PL-900, PL-100, PL-400, etc)
- UiPath RPA Associate / Developer Certification (or equivalent)
- Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Basic knowledge of APIs, data integration, and cloud-based platforms
- Familiarity with governance and security practices for low-code platforms
- Experience:
- Hands-on experience in software development, scripting, or low-code app development is advantageous
