About the Role

As a Power Platform Developer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Power Platform solutions with a strong focus on Adxportal/Power Pages development, migration, and modern web technologies. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage teams, and ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

. Architect, design, and extend Power Platform implementations with emphasis on Adxportal/Power Pages development and migration projects.

. Build responsive, user-friendly portals using Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.

. Analyze requirements, estimate effort, and deliver new features or customize existing solutions.

. Lead peer code reviews, establish base frameworks, and enforce best practices.

. Review test plans, coordinate execution, and validate results with QA teams.

. Communicate with clients throughout the implementation cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.

. Manage deployments across environments (Production, QA, Dev) following change management processes.

. Create and maintain technical specifications, functional requirements, and solution documentation.

. Conduct training sessions for clients and knowledge transfer workshops for colleagues.

About You

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

. Minimum 4 years of experience in Power Platform implementation with proven expertise in Adxportal/Power Pages development and migration.

. Proficient in at least 3 Power Platform applications (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Copilot Studio).

. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies (Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online).

. Skilled in web development technologies: Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, RESTful APIs.

. Experience with 3 or more programming/scripting languages: C#, .NET, JavaScript, Python, SQL.

. Familiarity with enterprise applications/platforms: SQL Server, Oracle Database, Dynamics 365, SharePoint.

. Experience in Adxportal migration is a plus.
