Power Platform Developer (L400 – Expert / Principal)

Our client is seeking a senior Power Platform expert to define enterprise-wide architecture, strategy, and governance while leading the design and delivery of mission-critical low-code and pro-code solutions.

You will act as the organisation's top technical authority for Power Platform, covering Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, and Azure integration. This role combines hands-on architecture and development with strategic leadership, CoE governance, and executive advisories.

Key Responsibility

• Define enterprise Power Platform architecture, standards, and governance models
• Lead design and delivery of complex solutions across Power Platform + Azure ecosystem
• Drive ALM, CoE maturity, DLP policies, and platform security strategy
• Develop advanced solutions (Canvas, Model-Driven, Code Apps, Power BI, PCF)
• Set integration patterns with Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, API Management, etc.)
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and solution/code reviews across teams
• Advise senior stakeholders and executives on platform strategy and investments

Requirement

• 8–10+ years Power Platform experience, with 3–4+ years in lead/principal role
• Expert across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Azure integration
• Strong experience in enterprise architecture, governance, and ALM practices
• Hands-on experience with PCF and modern Code Apps development
• Microsoft certifications required: PL-600, PL-400, PL-300 (AZ-305 preferred)
