Job Description

Brief Summary

We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Consultant/Engineer adept at combining analytical business process insights with practical low-code delivery. This role involves optimizing workflows and leveraging cutting-edge technologies for innovative business solutions.

Responsibilities

Analyze current business processes (As-Is) and design optimized workflows (To-Be). Gather and organize business requirements through effective stakeholder engagement. Lead comprehensive delivery from requirement definition to implementation and ongoing operation. Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and other relevant systems. Explore and implement AI-driven solutions utilizing Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. Design AI-powered agents and automation use cases (e.g., knowledge search, internal support, workflow augmentation). Produce detailed solution documentation and deliver end-user training.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in a relevant field. 3 to 5 years of experience in related roles Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and/or Power Automate). Proven experience in business process analysis, workflow design, or process improvement. Strong skills in requirement gathering and stakeholder communication. Ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable solutions.
