Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Maintain Power BI Reports:
- Design and develop Power BI reports in line with business requirements, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and aesthetic presentation.
- Maintain and update existing Power BI reports and Power Automate flows to ensure optimal performance.
- Test, debug, and review reports to validate data accuracy.
Issue Resolution:
- Troubleshoot and resolve data or flow-related issues promptly.
- Document recurring issues and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Documentation:
- Prepare technical documentation for newly developed or updated reports, detailing data sources and logic applied.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Program Lead to understand requirements and implement updates.
- Adjust prioritization and approach as business needs evolve.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures regarding Power BI support services.
