Postfix Assistant Manager (Dry bulk, Softmar, up to $10,000)

• Create and send charter hire invoices and statements, including all necessary elements according to charter agreements.
• Monitor and follow up on unpaid balances owed to the company. Issue Notices of Arrival (NOA), as well as delivery and redelivery notices in accordance with charter parties.
• Enter bunkers supplied data into SAP using Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), oversee the weekly GRN posting by the Postfix team, and collaborate with the Finance department to manage month-end bunker accruals.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Maritime or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of Postfix/Commercial Operations experience in dry bulk sector.
• Proficient in SAP and Softmar.
