More information can be found on https://www.insead.edu/negotiation-and-conflict-management-collaborative

This is a two-year appointment, subject to a formal performance review at the end of Year 1. Continued appointment beyond Year 1 will depend on research progress, collaborative contribution and overall performance relative to expectations.

A defined proportion of time will be allocated to independent research aligned with negotiation and conflict management, contingent upon satisfactory progress on collaborative projects.

Desirable:

. Negotiation transcript coding and linguistic analysis

. AI-assisted negotiation paradigms

. Multi-lab coordination

. Demonstrated competence in experimental research.

. Clear trajectory toward an academic research career.
