Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality research aligned with institutional and program priorities
• Lead or contribute to major research projects
• Publish in reputable international journals
• Collaborate with domestic and international research teams
• Contribute to academic development and innovation initiatives

Qualifications

• PhD degree (required for all program categories)
• Relevant research or professional experience preferred
• Strong publication record or notable technological achievements
• Ability to work independently and in multicultural environments
• Strong academic writing and communication skills
• STEM background preferred

Pay range and compensation package

• Experienced Researchers: USD 300,000 total support
• Early Career Researchers: USD 270,000 total support
• Postdoctoral Talent: USD 250,000 total support
• Up to USD 100,000 in additional research funding for exceptional candidates
• Competitive annual salary (USD 50,000–250,000)
