The postdoctoral fellow will work in a laboratory that was one of the pioneers in the field of neuromorphic computing, and one that has influenced today's widely used AI products.

We are looking for aPostdoctoral Fellow to lead research on neuromorphic materials and devices. The role will focus on experimental post-CMOS and novel electronic devices (such as memristors) that behave like neurons. Specifically, the project targets 2D materials, phase transition materials, spintronic, and other nonlinear materials that lead to neuromorphic dynamical behavior.

Defining detailed experimental steps.
Conducting experiments
Reporting of results in publications
Presentations at major conferences
Job Requirements:
PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or related field
At least 3 years of relevant experiences in a similar role with hands-on experience in experimental device fabrication and/or testing, including experience gained during PhD
Experience with 2D materials, memristors and optically materials is a plus.
Familiarity with neuromorphic computing and AI models is a plus.
Good written and oral communication skills, with papers published in leading conferences or journals
