Job Description

The Department of Management and Organisation at the National University of Singapore invites applications for a one-year Postdoctoral Fellow position in Organizational Behavior, with the possibility of renewal for a second year.

The successful candidate will engage in research collaboration with faculty members in the department and will be provided with a modest research budget. This position carries no teaching responsibilities, allowing the Fellow to focus fully on research activities.

Applicants should expect to have completed a PhD by July 2026 in Organizational Behavior, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Social Psychology, Sociology, Applied Economics, or a closely related discipline.

  3. The names and contact details of three professional referees and
  4. A statement of interest (maximum three pages).

The statement of interest should outline the candidate's proposed research agenda, identify potential collaborators among current NUS faculty members (candidates are encouraged to name at least two), and briefly describe their interest in relocating to Singapore.
