The Scope

You will be part of Esco Aster's Sales& Marketing team and contribute towards the overall site mission and objectives. You will manage the transition from sales to operations, ensuring project timelines are met, budgets are monitored, and client satisfaction leads to long-term partnerships.

Primary work location: Ayer Rajah Crescent, Singapore

Reporting to: Head of Scientific & Sales Operations

Job Responsibilities

. Act as the dedicated point of contact for existing clients, providing proactive support to maintain and strengthen long-term CRDMO partnerships.

. Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure bioprocess services are delivered according to the technical specifications and promised timelines.

. Manage sales accounts through the ERP system and monitor project-specific spending to ensure alignment with the initial proposal.

. Collaborate with the accounting department for accurate revenue recognition and timely billing.

. Prepare reports/presentations by collecting, analysing, and summarising information.

. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.

. To undertake other tasks as assigned based on project needs.

Requirements

. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Science or a related discipline.

. Professional command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate complex project updates to diverse stakeholders.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and experienced with ERP systems for account management.

. Able to work independently, a self-starter, self-motivated and task oriented. A team player who is respectful and supports/communicates constructively.

. Develop positive relationship with a strong set of interpersonal skills and able to provide guidance and obtain buy-in from all levels of organisation.

. During the start-up phase of the facility, be willing to take on expanded role to setup the team and workflow/processes as well as expanded scope as needed

. Willing to perform multiple and cross-functional tasks.
