Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the financial planning and advisory team within the Consumer Banking Group
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team, ensuring they deliver high-quality financial planning and advisory services to clients
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to develop and implement integrated financial solutions for clients
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement training and development initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of financial planning and advisory services, as well as the regulatory landscape
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
- Proficient in using financial analysis tools and software
