WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....This role reports to the Head of Real Estate Investment and will be part of the AIAIM real estate team based in Singapore, responsible for executing global real estate investments and delivering returns in accordance to agreed strategies on behalf of AIA entities.
- Evaluate, due diligence and prepare in-depth investment memos to recommend financially attractive real estate investments that meets the AIA entities requirements.
- Ensures the investment processes conducted comply with in-house policies, procedures and governance.
- Review the real estate portfolio on a regular basis and to make buy, hold, sell recommendations.
- Conducts research on real estate markets, sectors, trends and developments.
- Provide regular reports and updates on the investments and portfolio performance.
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor.
