Portfolio Manager - Data Centre Operator

This role is with a data centre platform that is looking to grow in Asia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the strategic direction of the data centre portfolio. This includes building financial models, tracking asset performance, and generating insights that inform investment decisions and long-term portfolio planning.

Responsibilities:

• Financial modelling and forecasting across the portfolio

• Performance tracking and senior-level reporting

• Investment evaluation and capital planning support

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years in a role spanning infrastructure, real assets, or fund finance

• Highly proficient in financial modelling and quantitative analysis

• Comfortable bridging the gap between technical operations and financial outcomes
