PORTFOLIO MANAGER

Job Description

The role is responsible for supporting and executing investment activities across the digital asset space. The position involves end-to-end investment analysis, portfolio management, and close collaboration with founders, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities across digital assets, blockchain, fintech, and early-stage technology companies

• Conduct in-depth due diligence, including market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment

• Prepare investment memoranda, internal approvals, and presentation materials for the investment committee.

• Support transaction execution, including deal structuring, term negotiation, and coordination with legal and external advisors

• Monitor portfolio performance, track KPIs, token economics, and valuation metrics, and contribute to ongoing portfolio reporting

• Work closely with portfolio companies on strategy, tokenomics, go-to-market planning, and capital markets strategy

• Assist with fund-level analysis, capital deployment planning, and investor reporting

• Stay up to date with regulatory developments, market trends, and emerging opportunities in digital assets and financial markets
