Our client is looking for a Manager to be part of their Portfolio Management team to handle several markets. The role involves maintaining fund models, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting strategic initiatives across investment and operational functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day fund operations in line with fund documents and company policies.
- Maintain and update fund models to monitor performance and portfolio composition.
- Prepare and deliver periodic investor reports (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
- Address investor queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the review of fund investment strategies and evaluate potential transactions.
- Lead regulatory reporting processes and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Assist in group-level reporting, including metrics on AUM, KYC/AML, and operating performance.
- Contribute to the setup of new funds and investments, coordinating legal, tax, and structuring matters.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fund management, investments, or real estate.
- Proficient in financial modelling, quantitative analysis, and report preparation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Knowledge of KYC/AML processes and regulatory compliance preferred.
