Our client, a single family office with over USD 500M in assets under management, has built a diversified portfolio of private market funds spanning private equity, venture capital, and growth strategies. With an expanding portfolio of 20-30 fund commitments globally, they are now looking to bring on a Portfolio Management Associate to strengthen oversight and management of their private markets investments.

The Associate will be responsible for the full range of portfolio management activities, from monitoring capital calls, distributions, and NAVs, to preparing quarterly performance reports and portfolio analyses for internal stakeholders. The role will also involve active engagement with fund managers, attending annual meetings, reviewing portfolio company updates, and supporting cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.

We are targeting candidates with 4-6 years of experience in private equity fund-of-funds, secondaries, fund administration, or related private markets investment roles. Strong analytical skills, a solid grasp of private market metrics (IRR, DPI, TVPI, etc.), and the ability to work in a lean, hands-on environment are key.
