Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Pop-Up Store Promoter to support our retail sales activities at roadshows, exhibitions, and pop-up booths.
You will be responsible for engaging customers, promoting products, and driving sales while delivering excellent customer service and representing the brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively approach and engage customers to introduce and promote products
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage clearly to customers
- Demonstrate products when required to enhance customer understanding
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product information
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
- Drive sales and achieve daily / monthly sales targets
- Assist with sales transactions and issue receipts when required
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and attractive display of the booth/store
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to supervisor
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management
- Support promotional activities such as sampling, roadshows, and live demonstrations
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Confident in approaching and interacting with customers
- Responsible, punctual, and committed to work
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Training will be provided for product knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail sales, roadshows, exhibitions, or pop-up stores
- Bilingual or multilingual (e.g., English & Chinese) to liaise with diverse customers
- Sales-driven with a customer-focused mindset
Working Conditions
- Permanent position
- Work locations include shopping malls, events, and pop-up markets
- Able to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: SGD $2,000 per month
- Attractive commission structure (based on sales performance)
