Job Summary:
This internship will provide you with valuable learning experience by working closely with FPG Talent Acquisition Team (TA) in the various projects and activities. Through this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in stakeholder management, data analysis, and reporting. You will also develop a deeper understanding of the talent acquisition process within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. These skills will be beneficial for building a professional portfolio and advancing in the HR field.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting the Central Team in TA, this intern will co-lead the hiring of temps for various business units in FairPrice Group during the 2026 festive period.
- Manage communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of project using Google Suite.
- Create engaging visual content using tools like Canva for distribution across multiple channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis, summarizing findings and presenting actionable insights.
- Generate and analyze data on manpower statistics to support decision-making processes.
- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant course of study (i.e. Human Resource, Business Management)
- Strong willingness to learn and grow independently
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Diligent in execution and able to think critically
- Resourceful and proactive with hands-on approach
- Experience in using Canva for designs
- Strong administration skills, good with multitasking and communication
- Experience with Google Suite (i.e. google sheets / slides) will be considered an advantage
- Commitment period ideally from Sep 2026 - Feb 2027 (variations are welcome)
