. Greet and register patients

. Schedule patient appointment

. Coordinate specialists consultation referrals

. Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner

. Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary

. Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service

. Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station

Requirements

. Don't need any healthcare experience! Any customer service / admin duties are okay

. Must be comfortable to use computer for patient registration / schedule appointment / payment

. Must be ok to start as early as 630am on certain days. So certain days will start at 630am / 7am / 730am / 8am
