Policy Servicing Manager

Job Description

• Manage the full policy lifecycle after policy inception, including endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy updates.
• Ensure policy documents, endorsements, and certificates are issued accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify policy terms, conditions, premiums, and coverage against placement instructions.
• Maintain proper documentation and records in internal systems and client files.
• Monitor policy expiry dates and initiate renewal processes in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with consultants and insurers to obtain renewal terms and quotations.
• Prepare renewal summaries and documentation for consultants review and client presentation.
• Follow up on renewal instructions to ensure continuity of coverage.
• Act as a key point of contact between insurers, consultants, and internal teams on policy servicing matters.
• Follow up with insurers on outstanding documents, endorsements, premium statements, and confirmations.
