Policy Servicing, Executive (1 year)

Key Responsibilities

• A detail-oriented and responsible individual to manage the day-to-day processing of policy-related administrative tasks.
• Client Information Management: Create or update clients personal details, including contact information.
• Policy Adjustments: Administer changes such as payment frequency, payment method, assignment of policies, or reinstatements.
• Policy Disbursements: Process payouts related to policy maturity, surrender, or withdrawals.
• Consistently meet internal turnaround times (TATs) and service benchmarks as defined by the department.
• Adhere strictly to compliance guidelines and ensure that all transactions align with company policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Minimum educational requirement: GCE A Level, Diploma, or equivalent tertiary certification.
• Prior experience in insurance operations or administrative functions is advantageous.
• Professional certifications such as CLI, ILP, FNA, M5, M8, M9, or HI will be viewed favorably.
