Policy Manager – Infrastructure & Connectivity (Submarine Cables)
Join a government-linked organization driving the development of a world-class network infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of policy, infrastructure, and international collaboration focused on strengthening global connectivity through submarine cable systems.
What you'll be doing:
- Support policy planning and execution for international connectivity initiatives
- Drive projects related to submarine cable deployment, landing, and operations
- Review and implement frameworks around resource planning and allocation (land/sea)
- Work closely with government bodies and industry stakeholders to coordinate projects
- Assess licensing applications and support approval processes
- Engage with international partners on policies, standards, and best practices
What we're looking for:
- At least 2+ years of relevant policy experience (infocomm, infrastructure, policy, or related fields)
- Experience and knowledge in regulatory concepts and frameworks
- Background in Engineering, Public Policy, Economics, Business, or similar
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work within tight timelines
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team
