Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assess client requirements
  • Configure systems in accordance with client plan designs and specifications.
  • Conduct functional testing and troubleshoot developed or modified software.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users and provide implementation support.
  • Analyse client workflows and procedures, and recommend process improvements where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the Production Support, Product, and Engineering teams on system-related matters, including product enhancements and application issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with Senior Implementers, Account/Client Managers, and cross-functional teams (e.g., IT and Operations) on client-specific requests, system enhancements, and process-related matters.
  • Assist in the development of user guides by gathering technical information, preparing content, and coordinating documentation.
  • Support client relationship management by participating in discovery sessions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Maintain and update implementation documentation.

Requirements

  • Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience in system implementation.
  • Basic knowledge of MS SQL queries, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Exposure to the general insurance industry will be an added advantage, but is not required.
