Configure systems in accordance with client plan designs and specifications.
Conduct functional testing and troubleshoot developed or modified software.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users and provide implementation support.
Analyse client workflows and procedures, and recommend process improvements where appropriate.
Collaborate with the Production Support, Product, and Engineering teams on system-related matters, including product enhancements and application issue resolution.
Coordinate with Senior Implementers, Account/Client Managers, and cross-functional teams (e.g., IT and Operations) on client-specific requests, system enhancements, and process-related matters.
Assist in the development of user guides by gathering technical information, preparing content, and coordinating documentation.
Support client relationship management by participating in discovery sessions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify solutions that meet client requirements.
Maintain and update implementation documentation.
Requirements
Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience in system implementation.
Basic knowledge of MS SQL queries, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Meticulous, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Exposure to the general insurance industry will be an added advantage, but is not required.
