Podiatry Assistant

. Work with Podiatrists to execute strategies and tasks

. First level statistics with micro tactics

. Join weekly meetings with the CA team Podiatrist

. Maintain upkeep of clinics - general maintenance and cleanliness

. Disciplinary - conduct, turn out, tardiness, etc.

. Manpower - full authority to hire and terminate CAs

. Counselling towards staff

. Designing general protocols and determining treatment plans appropriate for patient care in a specialist outpatient setting.

. Provision of appropriate Podiatry educational materials to patients or for public awareness.

. Liaise closely with Medical professionals to achieve coordinated patient care. These disciplines include, but are not limited to Family Medicine, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Dermatology, and Rheumatology.

. Conduct clinical team meetings and attend multi-disciplinary meetings to enhance patient care.

. Offer talks or seminars to other healthcare professionals on the Podiatric methods to elevating foot health.

. Involvement in foot health promotion projects and activities including community awareness events.

. Continuing education achieved by attending relevant healthcare lectures and courses, seminars and workshops.

. Placing patient care first and foremost over oneself, as the guiding principle & virtue of a healthcare professional.

. Ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the Management
