This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and drive the content production for a new podcast initiative based in Singapore. The Podcast Content Producer will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process, ensuring high-quality audio content, and collaborating closely with hosts, guests, and technical teams. The position requires on-site presence and a hands-on approach to managing all aspects of podcast creation, from planning and recording to post-production and publishing.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the full podcast production workflow, including scheduling, recording, editing, and publishing episodes
- Collaborate with hosts and guests to develop engaging episode topics and scripts
- Oversee audio recording sessions, ensuring technical quality and smooth execution
- Edit audio content for clarity, pacing, and consistency, incorporating music and sound effects as needed
- Manage episode release schedules and coordinate with marketing teams for promotion
- Maintain production documentation and ensure all content meets brand and quality standards
- Stay updated on podcasting trends and recommend improvements to enhance listener engagement
Skills And Requirements
- Proven experience in podcast production, including planning, recording, and editing
- Proficiency with audio editing software such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or similar tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
