As a Resource Manager in a dynamic Systems Integration / IT solutions environment, you'll ensure the right people with the right skills land on the right projects at the right time - all while championing a culture of growth, engagement, and high performance.
This role blends talent strategy, project alignment, workforce planning, and people engagement, making you the heartbeat that keeps projects running smoothly and teams feeling inspired.
What You'll Be Doing
Talent & Project Matching
- Match available tech talent to ongoing and upcoming projects based on skills, experience, and availability.
- Stay in the loop with all current and upcoming projects and plan resourcing ahead of time like a true strategist.
Workforce & Capacity Planning
- Monitor daily project activities, workloads, and utilization levels.
- Ensure the organization has enough resource capacity to tackle new and future initiatives.
- Manage resource conflicts with diplomacy and creativity.
Operational Excellence
- Reallocate resources, bring in additional staff, or escalate issues when shortages arise.
- Support project executives in refining resource management processes.
CrossDepartment Collaboration
- Partner with Business Operations, Finance, and HR on hiring needs, incentives, and company-wide initiatives.
Talent Engagement & Development
- Lead graduate talent programs and support resource development plans that uplift employees and motivate continuous growth.
Reporting & Documentation
- Produce utilization reports, annual workforce plans, and process documentation that keep leadership informed and resource planning optimized.
What You Bring to the Team
Experience
- Solid background in resource management within IT consulting or Systems Integration organizations.
- Strong track record in engagement, development, multitasking, analytics, and forecasting.
Knowledge
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, capacity planning, resource allocation frameworks, and HR best practices.
Skills
- Brilliant analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder.
- Comfortable with resource management tools.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related fields.
- Certifications such as PMP, HRCI, SHRMCP are great bonuses.
Tools
- Bonus points for PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI proficiency.
