Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Cross-Project Management & Resource Coordination

  • Oversee the overall progress, resource allocation, and prioritization of multiple parallel projects.
  • Build cross-project dependency maps identify and resolve resource conflicts (especially bottlenecks involving shared platform teams).
  • Provide management with a portfolio-level view so decision-makers can see the full picture rather than isolated project details.

2. PMO Framework Design & Execution

  • Establish unified project management standards: kanban rules, reporting cadence, meeting structures, documentation templates, etc.
  • Drive adoption of tools (Jira / Lark / internal portals, etc.), ensuring teams truly use them rather than merely installing them.
  • Build standardized workflows from requirement intake until project launch.

3. Risk Identification & Management

  • Build a risk register and recurring risk review mechanisms to ensure key risks are identified early.
  • Ensure every red-level risk has an owner, trigger conditions, and a Plan B.
  • Organize milestone pre-mortems / rehearsals before major launches to surface hidden issues early.

4. Cross-Functional Communication & Execution

  • Lead cross-project sync meetings and align information flow between frontend functions (Marketing / BD / Campaigns / Community / Customer Support) and backend functions (Product / Design / Engineering / Infrastructure).
  • Ensure business requirements are understood by technical teams, and technical constraints are accepted by business teams.
  • Resolve cross-functional blockers so issues do not remain in an ownership vacuum.

5. Process Optimization & Organizational Efficiency

  • Regularly review execution bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build a knowledge base to capture best practices and common pitfalls.

Requirements

  • Crypto / Fintech / Exchange industry background understands CEX business logic.
  • Previously worked in service-side organizations (outsourcing / consulting / agency / SaaS implementation, etc.) as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects in parallel.
    Technical background or strong technical fluency able to read architecture diagrams, understand API dependencies, and assess technical risks.
  • Proficient with Jira, Lark / Feishu, Notion, and collaboration tooling experienced in implementation and adoption.
