We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst to support project governance, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across multiple initiatives.
This role plays a key part in ensuring project visibility, documentation accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Tracking
- Support planning, tracking, and monitoring of project deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues.
- Maintain and update project schedules and trackers to ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist project managers in monitoring progress against timelines and commitments.
Status Reporting & Dashboards
- Prepare routine status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Consolidate project data to provide clear visibility to internal and external stakeholders.
- Highlight risks, dependencies, and key performance indicators.
Documentation Management
- Create and maintain project documentation including:
- Meeting agendas and minutes
- Action item logs
- Risk and issue registers
- Performance and progress metrics
- Ensure documentation is organized and accessible.
Stakeholder Communication
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
