Job Responsibilities
Acts as the primary PMO interface between project teams, functional stakeholders, finance, and management. Drives structured communication, alignment on priorities, and timely escalation to support decision making
Controls project cost, schedule, and milestones against approved plans. Identifies deviations early and coordinates mitigation actions with project and functional owners
Establishes and enforces PMO standards, reporting cadence, and governance forums. Ensures consistent, high-quality project and portfolio reporting for management reviews
Education/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Material, Chemical), or Engineering Management
- Experience in one or more of the following within a semiconductor environment:
- PMO / Project Controlling for R&D, Technology Development, or NPI
- Project management supporting product and process development
- Engineering Operations or Business Operations in semiconductor R&D
Skills, Abilities & Knowledge
- Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to communicate clearly with senior management and cross‑functional teams
- Experience in project controlling, PMO, or project management. Min 5 years for senior position
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
- PMP® or equivalent project / program management certification is an advantage
- Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt or above) for process and execution discipline is an advantage
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
