About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized PMO / Project Administrator to support network operations through effective asset management, telco billing administration, contract tracking, and reporting activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring timely processing of network-related administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Management
- Maintain up-to-date network inventory records in CMDB systems and network databases.
- Track the lifecycle of network assets from acquisition to disposal.
- Coordinate asset disposal activities and support annual fixed asset verification exercises.
Telco Billing
- Process and verify telco invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
- Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate resolution with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly costing reports and billing summaries.
Data Line Tracking & Contract Management
- Track new, upgraded, and terminated network data lines.
- Monitor contract expiry dates and coordinate renewals, upgrades, or terminations with network engineers and service providers.
- Ensure all network data line changes are properly documented for audit and cost management purposes.
Data Management & Reporting
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain, organize, analyze, and report on asset inventories, network data lines, contract renewals, and telco billing data.
- Prepare accurate reports and maintain supporting documentation to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Requirements
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Asset Management, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably within a Financial Institution or similar regulated environment.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- Data Validation
- Formulas and Data Analysis
- Experience in contract tracking, vendor coordination, billing administration, or data management is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Good written communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and vendors.

Preferred Experience
