Good to have Telco billing experience

Key Responsibilities:

Asset Management

. Maintain up-to-date network inventory in system and network database.

. Track the lifecycle of network assets.

. Coordinate disposal of network assets and annual fixed asset verification.

Telco Billing

. Process and verify telco invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.

. Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate with vendors for resolutions.

. Provide monthly costing for reporting.

Data Line Tracking and Contract Management

. Keep track of new, upgraded and terminated network data lines.

. Monitor contract expirations and coordinate renewal, termination or upgrades with network engineers and service providers.

. Ensure proper documentation of all network data line changes for auditing and cost management.

Data Management and Reporting

. Utilize MS Excel for data entry, organize, analysis and reporting on asset tracking, network data lines, contract renewals and telco billing.
