The PMO Manager/PMO Director will oversee critical program and portfolio management activities to ensure successful project execution. This part-time, remote role includes responsibilities like establishing project management standards, aligning business goals with strategic initiatives, optimizing resource allocation, and driving process improvements. The individual will collaborate across teams to monitor progress, provide regular updates, and foster efficient project workflows.

  • Proficiency in Resource Management and Business Process Improvement
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align projects with organizational goals
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and remote workflows
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus
