Responsibilities:
The Junior Technical Delivery Manager supports the end to end delivery of technology initiatives by coordinating technical teams, tracking delivery milestones, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring adherence to project governance standards. The role works closely with senior TDMs, PMs, PMOs, architects, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Delivery and Execution Support
- Support planning, execution,and tracking of technology deliveries across development, testing, anddeployment phases
- Assist in managing deliveryplans, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules
- Coordinate day to day delivery activities across development, QA, infrastructure, and DevOps teams
- Track delivery progress and flag risks, issues, or slippages early to senior TDMs / Project Managers
Stakeholder and Team Coordination
- Act as a coordination point between business, technology, vendors, and support teams
- Support engagement withsolution architects, system analysts, developers, testers, and infrastructureteams
- Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers
- Follow up on assigned actions to ensure closure within agreed timelines
Governance, Risk and Compliance
- Support adherence to SDLC,change management, release governance, and internal control processes
- Assist in maintaining deliveryartefacts
- Support audit, regulatory, andcompliance requirements by ensuring documentation completeness and traceability
- Ensure deliverables are reviewed and approved as per governance standards
Reporting and Communication
- Prepare regular delivery status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
- Track KPIs, milestones, and delivery health metrics
- Support senior TDMs in escalation preparation and management reporting
Vendor and Third Party Support
- Support coordination with external vendors and contract resources
- Track vendor deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
- Escalate potential delivery or quality risks related to third party dependencies
Requirements:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in PMO support, systems analysis, development coordination, or technical project roles
- Exposure to enterprise, banking, or regulated environments is an advantage
Technical and Delivery Skills
- Basic understanding of SDLC(Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid)
- Exposure to application development, testing, and deployment processes
- Familiarity with release management, change management, and environment coordination
Project and Coordination Skills
- Strong organization, tracking, and follow up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in parallel
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, or similar tracking tools
Communication and Behavioral Skills
- Clear, structured, and professional communication skills
- Ability to work with cross functional and multicultural teams
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take increasing ownership over delivery areas
- Awareness of enterprise systems, data flows, and technology components
Certifications (Good to Have)
- ITIL Foundation
- Scrum / Agile fundamentals
- PMP / PRINCE2 Foundation (or working towards certification)
