Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of HR project coordination, HR analytics, and operational reporting. The successful candidate will support HR in ensuring initiatives are well tracked, workforce data is accurate and actionable, and reporting is delivered in a structured and timely manner.

The role is well suited for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys working with data, improving reporting processes, and supporting cross-functional HR initiatives in a multi-country environment.

You will collaborate closely with HR teams and business stakeholders across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

HR Project Coordination & Governance

Support coordination of cross-functional HR initiatives, ensuring key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are properly tracked.

Maintain project trackers, action item logs, and status updates across multiple HR projects.

Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and progress on key initiatives.

Assist in maintaining project documentation, governance materials, and review updates.

HR Dashboards & Workforce Reporting

Prepare and maintain HR dashboards covering key workforce metrics such as headcount, attrition, recruitment pipeline, and initiative status.

Produce regular and ad-hoc HR reports to support workforce planning and operational decision-making.

Translate workforce data into clear and concise summaries for HR leadership and stakeholders.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR reporting outputs.

Reporting Automation & Data Management

Support efforts to streamline and automate HR reporting processes using available tools and scripts.

Build and maintain structured data templates and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency.

Work with HR systems and data sources to consolidate and prepare datasets for reporting and analysis.

Assist in maintaining data quality and documentation for HR reporting.

Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement

Document HR processes, reporting workflows, and operational procedures in a structured manner.

Develop process flow diagrams and support the maintenance of HR documentation repositories.

Identify opportunities to improve HR reporting processes, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

Professional Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, data reporting, or analytics-related roles.
  • Experience supporting operational projects or reporting processes in a structured environment.
  • Exposure to HR data, workforce reporting, or HR systems is advantageous.
  • Experience working in multi-team or multi-regional environments is a plus.
