PMO Data Coordinator- SAP S4hana-PP/MM/SD-Pharma

We are currently looking for a MRO Materials Planner for an operations support project to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities

• 10+ years of PMO, Data Migration, or ERP project experience with a proven track record delivering SAP S/4HANA migration programmes.
• Strong functional knowledge of at least one SAP S/4HANA module (PP, MM, SD, etc.) with solid understanding of end-to-end business processes, SAP data objects, and migration methodologies.
• Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry experience is preferred.
• Support Singapore Key Users in executing the end-to-end Data Migration Plan through hands-on guidance, ensuring timely completion of all migration activities and deliverables.
• Act as the Singapore Data Migration Lead and primary point of contact (SPOC), providing day-to-day support, issue resolution, and coordination across business and project stakeholders.
• Lead, review, and ensure the quality of key data migration deliverables, including data mapping, design and construct files, pre-/post-load verification, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate and drive defect management by facilitating the timely logging, classification, assignment, tracking, and resolution of migration issues with Key Users, Global Process Owners, Functional Teams, Technical Teams, and the Migration Team.
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, monitor migration progress, identify risks and roadblocks, implement mitigation actions, and provide regular status updates to project leadership.
• Ensure consistent execution of data migration activities across all Singapore business functions by driving governance, adherence to project standards, and best practices.
