Responsibilities
- Track project financials actual vs forecast, submit accruals, tracks PO, invoice payments.
- Manage Project managers and other stakeholder expectations on project deliverables and prioritization.
- Maintain necessary documentation and provide appropriate status reporting.
- Assist PMO in the new staff onboarding and asset management.
Requirement
- Diploma or degree in Finance or in related majors
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the PMO role in a banking, financial or IT industry.
- Must have experience in the financial management.
- Able to manage stakeholders across various cultures.
- Must have good excel skills
