Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project governance by ensuring compliance with organizational standards, policies, and frameworks.

  • Consolidate project plans, track milestones, and prepare portfolio‑level reports for management.

  • Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure efficiency.

  • Maintain risk and issue logs, escalating concerns to senior management when necessary.

  • Develop and maintain PMO templates, tools, and documentation for consistent project delivery.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to project managers, freeing them to focus on delivery.

  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across projects.

  • Assist in lessons‑learned sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.

  • 3-4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project management support.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMI preferred).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
