Support project management, commercial operations, and client coordination across consulting engagements. The role involves maintaining trackers, supporting SOWs and contracts, and ensuring smooth invoicing and client follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project, resource, sales, and invoice trackers
- Prepare draft SOWs, proposals, and commercial documents
- Manage contract extensions, renewals, and amendments
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal)
- Support invoice preparation and follow up for timely payment clearance
- Assist in project reporting, dashboards, and PMO governance
- Maintain regular client communication and follow-ups
- Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years experience in PMO / BD / Operations in IT consulting or professional services
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Basic understanding of SOWs, contracts, and billing models
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills

- Exposure to project management or CRM tools
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and clients
