Plumbing Project Sales & Coordinator

About the Role

Eng Chin Hang Plumbing & Sanitary Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced and driven Project Sales & Coordinator to expand our plumbing and sanitary business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, coordinating projects, and ensuring excellent customer service from project commencement to completion.

Key Responsibilities

. Develop new business opportunities with homeowners, interior designers, contractors, developers, and renovation companies.

. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

. Prepare quotations, project proposals, and cost estimates.

. Coordinate plumbing and sanitary installation works with site teams and subcontractors.

. Schedule site visits, inspections, and project progress updates.

. Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

. Monitor project timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.

. Identify additional sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

. Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing, sanitary, M&E, construction, renovation, or project sales.

. Strong understanding of plumbing systems, sanitary fittings, and water supply works.

. Existing network with interior designers, contractors, developers, or property owners is highly preferred.

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills.

. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

. Local and foreign candidates are welcome to apply.

. Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
